Change Of Pace

 Most of the places were closed due to the holiday.   Because of it, Subway closed at 2:00 p.m. so I had to eat at Dairy Queen for lunch.

Sunday

 I just finished dinner and spent most of the day cleaning the place up.  I went to the store at 9:00 A.M.    The reason Dan had to be somewhere this morning before work.   Today was the first Sunday I had off in a long time.

Long Time

 I have been home for over an hour and no news from Dan.  I am going to the store tomorrow morning and having my first Sunday off in a long time.

Walking

 I was doing things when I got home from work.   Everything will be ready for the walkthrough tomorrow morning.

Talking To

 I talked to mom and her glasses will be picked up tomorrow morning.   She needs me next week to help out and will do so.

Walking

I am dealing with the disappointment that the Penguins' season ends.   I got the information that the walkthrough is Saturday morning at 10:00 A.M.

Catch of the Day

 The fans are upset after last night's Penguins loss and changes will take place if they lose.  The weather was very warm and I had a good lunch.

Tough Loss

 I took care of the rent today and the chores around the place.   The laundry was taken care of during the game, but it was a tough loss for the Penguins.

Life Is Good

 It was a day of no frustration and had a nice talk with mom, plus took care of a few things.  Tomorrow is a big game for the Penguins

Effort

 I had a chance to talk to Mom and she told me to call her more.    Everyone is tired over the past two years.   I DVR the Penguins game and was frustrated about the game.

Summer Heat

 I got encouragement from Katie and she would help me.   It was done after getting some vacation time on the computer. The attic is open and the place is getting comfortable for summer.

Not A Loser

 It was a big win for the Penguins, and for me, I got a chance to talk to an old friend.  She told me I am not a failure.   I have to research a few things and talk to a few people.

Comfortable

 It was a warm day and tomorrow will be a day to watch a playoff game.   The attic will be opened up and it will be more comfortable around here.

Big Game

 We went to Tom Bittner's place and watched the Penguins won a big game.  We stopped at Shop and Save and Aidi's on the way over to get a couple of things.

Mac and Cheese

 We had a great lunch at Cracker Barrel and Tom called me about tomorrow night.   I made sure the chores were handled.

Left Out

 I had to deal with being the last stockman because the rest of the guys left.   Alex was a no-show this afternoon and waited for extra help.   I watched the Penguins lose a tough game in overtime.

Clearing

 I got my schedule changed and Sunday and Tuesday will be off days starting in two weeks.  The weather was great this afternoon.

Follow Up

 My dinner is coming up soon and already prepared for tomorrow morning.  I get my new schedule for the following week after I clock in.

Banking

 I took care of something before work and went to Aldi's after work to get some groceries.   Since my bills were paid off and made sure things were done with the bank.

High Times

 I am happy that tomorrow is going to be payday and to the store afterward.  Dan starts his vacation tomorrow and happy about that.

Filling and Cleaning

 I am going to the dentist and might have some lunch afterward.   I am waiting for Thursday to handle a few things.

Drilling

 The chores were handled and getting dinner ready for this evening.  I will be going to the dentist tomorrow and could do other things too,

Mom

 I called mom today and wished her a Happy Mother's Day.  Found out that after his vacation that Dan will be off on Saturday and Monday.   I will be going to the store on Thursday.

Rolling

 The weather was tough today and had little help until later in the day.  I got my new schedule and it looks great.

Dilly

 The weather improved in the afternoon and had a dilly bar on the way home.  I get my schedule tomorrow and get my paystub on Sunday.

Cooking

 Today, there were no major issues and some things to think about.  The chili is ready for dinner and looking forward to tomorrow.

Handling

 I had an unusual start time of 11:00 A.M. and had some help later on in the afternoon.  I handled everything without any problems.

Walking

 We had to eat at Valley Dairy because the car has to be fixed.  I am hoping that it gets fixed up and Dan doesn't have to walk to work.

Relax

 It was a day to rest and clean up the place.  I have a chance to talk to Dan about a few things tomorrow since he has the day off.

Slice

 The parking lot was in good shape this afternoon.  I had a slice of pizza on the way home and glad that I have two days off.    

Off Hours

 I went to the store after work and then stopped at Wendy's.   We are probably going to the store on Saturday from now on.   We could also do something on Tuesday since that is Dan's other day off.
